Sorry

Hey everyone, sorry about the delay in this post, we've been slammed here at the salon, which is good, but we've been neglecting our public, which is bad!! But here we are, back in action, so let's get away from all these awkward apologies and get down to some business.

So today we'll be talking about something specifically for all you males out there. There's nothing that can make or break your haircut more so than a lack of product, or a lack of style. This season, what's in is the clean cut, but not quite crew cut look, which is messy enough for the ladies to play with, but clean enough that you're mom won't tell you to get a freakin' haircut. Now the best way to attain this look is by starting out with a great cut; you can't attain style glory without having the base from which to build on. The next step is to find a product that give's your cut the maximum amount of hold, without looking like you just dumped a gallon of hair gel on your head* Now the most universally versatile product we here at the salon decided upon was our Tea Tree Shaping Cream, which has a flexible, yet firm hold. You'll be able to run your fingers through it and play with it, while still having enough of a hold to style it back to that styled look for the office. One other thing to take into strong consideration with this is don't use too much, you only need about the size of a pea, a dime for thicker/longer hair. You won't find a better product out there.

The Product.

The Look (Yes, they're from Friends, we couldn't resist)

The Always Fresh...

Alright, let's get this thing crackin'.

Today, we'll be back to our hair advising ways, and we'll be discussing the most important part of hair care: USING A THERMAL PROTECTOR. Here at Gianni International, since we only use Paul Mitchell products, we use a lot of Super Skinny. Adding shine, as well as controlling static, used in combination with our ION technology brushes and blow dryers, you get the ultimate results. Meaning that you'll leave here with smooth, sleek, sexy hair. Think about it.

And, as usual, we have another wonderful Stylist to introduce you too! Today we'll be talking about one of our Senior Stylists, and Salon Director Andrew Hanson:

(Seen here with fellow Senior Stylist, Janelle Duval)
Born and raised in Washington state, Andrew grew up with a burning desire to create, drawing, doodling, painting and sculpting everything he laid his hands on, which evolved into a desire to cut and style hair. Pushed by his aunt, and aided by his parents, at the age of 17 he enrolled at Bon Lossee Academy of Hair Artistry, where he excelled in the field, eventually making the Advanced Team, and graduating at the age of 19 burning to make his mark in the Hair Industry. Upon graduating, Andrew quickly found a job in a hoppin' salon in Provo, called Gianni International, and has been there ever since loving life, and doing as much hair as he could possibly get his hands on. Eventually he rose to the position of Senior Stylist, as well as Salon Director, specializing in color placement and tone variance, as well as cutting.

Thanks for catching up with us peeps, catch you on the flip side.

Featuring..

Alright people, sorry about the 4 day absence, things got a little hectic around these parts. To keep things on a roll (and appease the clamoring masses) we'll get things moving along here.

Today, instead of talking about a hair tip, we're going to mix it up and feature a product!! Today's product is one that we here at Gianni International hold near and dear to our hearts. It's our Modern Elixirs Color Therapy Shampoo. Although our normal color protect shampoo is off the hook, this one is off the HEEZY. Featuring a mix of natural minerals and botanical ingredients, it makes your color last longer, as well as making your hair shine like nobodies business, as well as ensuring that your hair color lasts as long as possible. In our professional experience this is one of, if not THEE best color protecting product on the market.

And now moving on, we'll feature another one of our lovely stylists!! Today we'll be talking about one of our Stylists, Ashlee Evans:

Ashlee grew up in American Fork, Utah were her passion for hair started young. Around age 13 when she started experimenting with her own hair, she soon moved on to her friends hair. Ashlee would cut and color all of her friends and sister's hair. She started cosmetology school at Mountain Land Applied Technology Collage the summer before her senior year of high school. She soon fell in love with hair! She love coloring and cutting, and transforming someone hair. It was really exciting to for her to be able to make every client look and feel that they were beautiful. That is one of the main reasons she loves doing hair. She finished up cosmetology school in December of 2009. She has been working and Gianni International since graduating and is building up her clientele. Ashlee specializes in Hair coloring and custom Hair cutting, as well Styling.

And on that note, we'll bid you farewell!
